  1. Led a project to redesign an HR platform within an agile team: integration of new processes, statistics and an AI assistant.
  2. Intern follow-up: end-to-end design of a new type of review meeting (workflow, state machine, permission management) with automatic scheduling.
  3. AI assistant: AI chat retrieving the application's information through an MCP, with AI permissions defined by the user's role.
  4. AI testing with prompt injection and gradual rollout to users through feature flags and a beta-tester role.
  5. Performance improvement by removing N+1 queries, with measured gains in the number of queries, loading time and data exchanged.
  6. Four-step data migration from a legacy model to a new table, including historical data and edge cases, completed with no service interruption.
  7. Synchronisation with the Google Drive API through scripts: document permissions updated according to the assigned manager.
  8. UX/UI redesign: an action-oriented user journey rather than data viewing.

  1. Designed centralised reporting and KPIs to improve the management of the MOE team and Release Management.
  2. Collected and processed data from Tabsters and SQL Server; built an ETL pipeline with Microsoft Fabric, Python (Pandas, NumPy, Spark, DeltaTable) and a Lakehouse.
